Für ein neues Produkt startest du am besten mit einer Long List aus 70 bis 100 Herstellern, weil am Ende meist nur zwei bis drei Kandidaten wirklich passen. Je größer die Ausgangsliste, desto höher die Chance, den richtigen Partner zu finden.

Der günstigste Hersteller ist selten der beste, weil ein niedriger Preis weder Qualität noch Zuverlässigkeit noch echtes Interesse an deinem Projekt garantiert. Entscheidend ist, wie gut ein Hersteller zu deiner Unternehmensgröße und deinen Anforderungen passt.

Ein Golden Sample ist das von dir final freigegebene Produktmuster, das als verbindliche Referenz für alle folgenden Lieferungen dient. Es wird datiert, fotografiert und aufbewahrt, um spätere Qualitätsabweichungen eindeutig belegen zu können.
