The cookie allows you to be recognized when you visit the website, without the need to re-enter data that you have entered previously.

Data Processing in the USA

Personal data may be transferred to the USA when you visit our website. If this is the case, we will point this out in a separate section of this data protection declaration.

The GDPR requires “appropriate safeguards” for data transfer to a third country or to an international organization in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for the EU-US data protection framework. The decision establishes that the US ensures an adequate level of protection – comparable to that of the EU – for personal data transferred from the EU to US companies under the new framework. On the basis of the new adequacy decision, personal data can be transferred securely from the EU to certified US companies without the need for additional data protection guarantees.

In the case of data processing by US data recipients who have not certified themselves under the EU-US data privacy framework or the Privacy Shield, the following risks in particular cannot be ruled out for you as the data subject:

  • Your personal data could possibly be passed on to other third parties (e.g. US authorities) by the respective service provider beyond the actual purpose of fulfilling the contract.
  • You may not be able to effectively assert or enforce your rights of access against the respective service provider.
  • There may be a higher probability that incorrect data processing may occur because the technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data do not fully meet the requirements of the GDPR in terms of quantity and quality.

By consenting to the processing of (advertising and marketing) cookies, you explicitly consent to the transfer of data to the USA. You can remove cookies stored on your PC at any time by deleting the temporary internet files.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR

Social Media Presence

We operate the following social media pages: LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Instagram, X. When you visit our social media page, personal data, including the IP address of the respective provider, is processed and cookies are used for data collection. Please refer to the data protection declaration of the respective service to find out exactly what information is transmitted. There you will also find information about how to contact us and how to change various settings.

We are committed to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and use these services primarily to enable us to contact you and communicate with you. Furthermore, we see it as an additional opportunity to our other existing information services.

For services related to the US, the data collected is usually sent to a server in the US and stored there. We have no influence or control over the type and scope of the data processed by these services, the type of processing and use or the disclosure of this data to third parties. Please refer to the detailed descriptions of the data protection declarations of the respective providers for options to restrict the processing of this data in the respective settings of these services.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that you use the respective services and their functions at your own risk. This applies in particular to the use of interactive functions (e.g. sharing, commenting or rating).

The providers of the social media services have provided us with corresponding agreements – in most cases these are agreements on the joint responsibility for data processing. The use of social media is based on our legitimate business interest.

Facebook pixel

For the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online services, our website uses Facebook Pixels (“Pixels”) from the social network Facebook, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland.

With the help of Pixels, Facebook/Meta Ireland can determine the website visitors as a target group for the presentation of ads (so-called “Facebook ads”). Accordingly, we use them to display the Facebook ads we have placed only to those Facebook/Meta Ireland users who have also shown an interest in our online offerings or who exhibit certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products that are determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook/Meta Ireland (so-called “custom audiences”). This is to ensure that our Facebook ads are relevant to the user and not bothersome. On the other hand, with the help of Pixels, we can track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users have been redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (“conversion”).

Your actions are stored in one or more cookies. These cookies enable Facebook/Meta Ireland to match your user data (such as IP address, user ID) with the data from your Facebook account. The collected data is anonymous to us and cannot be viewed by us; it can only be used in the context of advertisements. If you wish to prevent linking to your Facebook account, you have the option to log out before you perform an action.

This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser’s website with the same browser and buys something there. I really enjoy working with people who know what they’re doing and still have their heart in the right place. Procfit has both. Very cool.

Margot and Daniel from Procfit exceeded my expectations! Not only was the project goal achieved on time, but the entire process was structured, transparent, and efficient from the very beginning. I was particularly impressed by the professional yet friendly manner in which we were treated as equals.

As a young entrepreneur in the start-up phase, you really appreciate being taken seriously – and that’s exactly what happened here. During the start-up phase, I worked with many service providers who made big promises but ended up creating extra work due to poor project management. Procfit does exactly the opposite – they don’t just talk, they deliver! Thanks to their structured approach, the search for suppliers was efficient and goal-oriented.

MALUKI-Design will work with Margot and her team again at the next opportunity – and can recommend Procfit without reservation!

I am not (yet) a customer, so my feedback may not be particularly valuable, but I still feel compelled to share my thoughts.

I had an initial consultation with Ms. Königshofer to find suitable suppliers for my company (e-commerce, currently being established). She was incredibly helpful thanks to her experience, and I realized right away that I was dealing with professionals. The consultation was very constructive, professional, and above all honest. As a young entrepreneur, it can be difficult to get an overview, but here you really feel that you are in good hands.

I decided against working with them for the time being because it would be too early for me financially. There are still a few things I want to learn on my own. But when the time comes, I look forward to working with them.

So even without having worked with them yet, they deserve 5 stars (so far 😉)

Through Margot’s hands-on coaching, I learned the sourcing process from the ground up and built valuable, long-term skills. The collaboration was very friendly, and Margot had an answer to every question—or she dug deep to find one with total commitment. I would definitely use her coaching again! 😊

The best decision! I found a great partner for my project. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Farbik to anyone. Thanks again to the great team—I couldn’t have made my idea a reality without you!

I met Margot, the managing director of Procfit, by chance at a marketing event – sometimes the right things just happen at the right time. During the coffee break, I spontaneously told her about my idea: a very special, patented gadget for which I had been looking for a suitable partner for further development for a long time. And what can I say – Margot immediately understood what I was talking about, and a short time later she had found the perfect manufacturer for me from her network.

What convinced me right from the start was not only Margot’s professional expertise, but above all her personal, friendly manner of communicating on an equal footing. I never felt like I was “just” a customer – it was more like I had a real ally at my side. This human touch makes a huge difference to me. I am a service provider myself and know what that means.
Thanks to Procfit, my concept has been professionally developed—I now have the first working prototype in my hands! I was impressed by the fast, structured, and at the same time very approachable collaboration. The team has exactly the mix of entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and technical know-how that you want as a founder.
And what I also particularly appreciate is that Procfit had suitable solutions ready even for later steps such as fulfillment – i.e., storage, shipping, and packaging. How great is that? It’s just a good feeling to know that you can fall back on a strong, now European network when you need it.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to launch an innovative product and is looking for the right partner – both professionally and personally.
